COVID-19 UPDATES

Due to the postage delays associated with COVID-19, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual - unfortunately this is beyond my control. If you need your order quicker than the times listed below please consider upgrading to Express Post at checkout.

I will endeavour to post items as quickly as possible and will communicate with you if delays are going to be longer than usual. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding at the moment. 

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

As much as I'd love Dandelion Designs to be my full-time job, at this stage I am juggling work and family commitments with my love for creating. 

I pride myself on creating and providing high quality pieces that spark joy in their owners and this takes time - however, all products listed on the website are ready for sale unless otherwise specified (for example, if you request a custom product). 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed, packed and dispatched. During peak (or public holiday) periods this may take a bit longer. 

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Local Shipping: 3-4 business days (Standard), 1-2 business days (Express) .

Interstate Shipping: 5-8 business days (Standard), 3-5 business days (Express). 

International Shipping: 12-16 business days (Standard), 8-13 business days (Express). *UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand only at this time. 

All packages will be tracked through Australia Post. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Dandelion Designs will not be held responsible for items lost or delayed during mailing once these have been processed by Australia Post - it is your responsibility to check relevant tracking information. 

Please check your nominated shipping details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error in the address information prior to your order being sent, please contact me ASAP and I will edit it if this is possible. 

LOCAL PICK UP

Dandelion Designs is based in Lightsview, Adelaide (SA). 

Local collection can be arranged on request for Adelaide-based buyers. If you would prefer to pick up your items, please indicate this at checkout and email waiting_to_fly@hotmail.com to arrange a suitable time. Pickup times are not set in stone until you receive confirmation back from me. 

PRICING AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Prices reflect the time and care it takes to create your products and so these may vary between collections. If you ask for customised items I will provide a quote individually before you opt to purchase the item. 

Please do not ask if prices can be discounted - special offers and sales will be communicated via social media, mailing lists or marked on individual items when relevant. Discount codes can only be used once per buyer.
