Refunds & Exchanges

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Although all pieces are packed carefully for transport, accidents can still happen. Items damaged in transit will be replaced or fully refunded within 7 days of receiving your order: please contact me to arrange this, with photo proof of the damage included. 

All items are carefully checked for faults or imperfections before being listed on the website. I will only refund or exchange faulty pieces within 7 days of receiving the online order. Once this time has passed, broken or faulty items cannot be replaced or refunded. 

Dandelion Designs is not held responsible for damage to items caused by bending, dropping or general mishandling by their owner.

CHANGE OF MIND/SALE ITEMS

Dandelion Designs does not offer exchange or refund for 'change of mind' or 'they were a different size/shape than I thought'. Please read dimension and material information carefully before you buy. 

Sale items will only be exchanged or refunded if damaged during transit.
